‘When Leaves Fall’

Many long years ago

When tears were rare,

At some barely remembered

It came—-

The way

Great Aunt Fran

Leaned into me

Just so——

The scent of lilac,

Ice blue

Snowy coif

Swirling about,

The dusting

Of powered cheeks

To bus young ears

In a thundered

“The leaves fall,

Because the angels leave.”

Her drunken,

Nasty Ann,

In perfect deadpan

“Old fool!”

Now, I am old,

With snowy hair

And eyes

That beam

With an urgent

Of passion

For I now know,

When the leaves fall,

The angels leave.

Howdy would you mind sharing which blog ptarfolm you’re working with? I’m going to start my own blog soon but I’m having a tough time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique. P.S Sorry for getting off-topic but I had to ask!

Hey just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the prtcuies aren’t loading correctly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same outcome .
